How to do Powder Coating?

Degassing : The item is heat-treated and degassed in the oven for 2 to 3 hours.

Powder Application: The powder is applied using an electrostatic gun that charges the powder and attracts it to the metal surface. This creates an even coverage across the entire surface.

Firing: Once the powder is applied, the object is placed in a high-temperature oven (approximately 180-200°C). The heat melts the powder, which solidifies to form a durable, smooth coating.

Cooling: After baking, the object is allowed to cool, and the coating is hardened, ready to provide maximum resistance to outdoor conditions
