These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services offered by Hammerheadproject (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our company") via our website or any other means of communication.

1. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

All orders placed with Hammerheadproject imply unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time, and such modifications will be published on our website. Our customers are therefore advised to consult them regularly.

2. Services offered

Hammerheadproject offers the following services:

• Vehicle rental (quads, motorcycles, scooters)
• Powder coating
• VIP Guided Tour (private guided tours)
• Airport transfer
• Sale of used vehicles

3. Rates and payment

Our service prices are listed in euros (EUR) on our website or in our quotes. These prices may vary depending on the season, time slots, or current promotions. Service prices are exclusive of taxes and include the VAT applicable at the time of booking.

Reservations must be accompanied by partial or full payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). A deposit of 350/450 EUR is required for vehicle rentals and will be collected at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned subject to the vehicle's condition after the rental period.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other payment method offered on our site.

4. Reservation and cancellation conditions

• Booking: A booking is confirmed once we have received payment and the necessary documents (ID card, driving license, etc.).
• Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the customer, the cancellation policy is as follows:
  • Cancellation more than 15 days before booking: 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation more than 15 days before booking: 100% refund of the amount paid.

In case of absence of the customer at the time of the reservation, no refund will be made.

If the booking conditions are not met (for example, missing documents), Hammerheadproject reserves the right to cancel the service without refund.

5. Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes to comply with all instructions given by Hammerheadproject or by our instructors/guides. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in immediate cancellation of the service, with no right to reimbursement.

The customer must also ensure that he/she has the necessary documents for the service (identity card, driving license, etc.). Should these documents be missing, the service will be cancelled without refund.

The minimum age to reserve a vehicle is 21 years and the maximum age is 71 years.

6. Responsabilities

Hammerheadproject cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the use of rental vehicles, guided tours, or any other services, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. It is the customer's responsibility to follow safety instructions, drive carefully, and use the equipment provided with our services.

We accept no liability for theft, loss or damage to the customer's personal belongings while using the services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hammerheadproject website (text, images, logos, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of Hammerheadproject and is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of these elements is prohibited.

8. Modifications to the General Conditions of Sale

Hammerheadproject reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new Terms and Conditions will take effect upon publication on our website. We encourage our customers to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for any updates.

9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Maltese law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of Gozo, Malta.
