• Vehicle rental (quad, motorcycle, scooter)
• Powder coating services
• VIP Guided Tour
• Airport Transfer

We offer these services primarily to individuals, as well as to local businesses for certain services (such as powder coating and vehicle sales).

3. Access to services

Users can access our services through our website or by contacting us by phone or email.

4. Registration conditions

• Minimum age: 21 years and maximum 71 years for vehicle rental.
• Required Documents: Users must provide a valid ID card and driver's license for vehicle rental.
• Deposit: A Visa or Mastercard is required for a deposit of €450 or €350, depending on the vehicle chosen..

If these documents are not presented, the activity will be cancelled without refund.

5. User Obligations

• Users must follow instructor instructions during all activities. Failure to follow instructions may result in denied access to the activity without refund or compensation.
• If a user does not show up for the activity, they will lose their right to a service and will not be reimbursed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hammerheadproject website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and all other elements, are the exclusive property of Hammerheadproject and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Modifications to the CGU

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted directly on the website and may be notified during the activity or by email.

8. Responsibilities

• Hammerheadproject disclaims any liability for any problems related to the use of our services.
• Users must keep their ticket and proof of payment in case of dispute. In the event of loss of these documents, Hammerheadproject cannot be held responsible.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Maltese law, and more specifically to the laws in force on the island of Gozo. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of Gozo.
