• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle, and no older than 71 years.
• Required documents: A valid ID card and a current, valid driving license.
• Deposit:A deposit ranging from €350 to €450 (depending on the chosen vehicle) will be blocked by your bank as a pre-authorization at the time of booking. This amount will not be charged but held temporarily, and it will be released on average within 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. The release of the deposit is subject to the condition of the vehicle after use.
• Credit card: You must provide a Visa or Mastercard to deposit before the activity.

• Cancellation 15 days before the reservation: Full refund of the amount paid.

• No-show: If you do not show up at the time of your reservation, no refund will be issued.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation, provided you comply with our cancellation policy. Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the reservation to be eligible for a full refund.

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay. For online bookings, you can make the payment directly on our website. The 450 EUR deposit will also be charged before the activity begins.

In case of loss or damage to the vehicle, please contact us immediately. You will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement, depending on the vehicle's condition. The EUR 350/450 deposit may be used to cover these costs.

For your safety and that of others, you must follow all driving instructions provided by our instructors or guides. Wearing a helmet (for motorcycles and quads) and other safety equipment is mandatory. If the instructions are not followed, we reserve the right to cancel the service without refund.

Our transfer services cover both Malta and Gozo airports. We offer a private transfer service between the airport and your destination in Gozo or Malta.
